Atlanta’s Midtown Art District Gets “Trumped”
Industry tycoon Donald Trump, a.k.a. “The Donald”, along with Dezer Development and Wood Partners, LLC, has recently begun development of a new luxury condominium complex. The luxurious condos will be built at the intersection of 15th and West Peach Tree Street situating them right in the heart of Atlanta’s Midtown art district.
Because of its convenient locale, future prospective residents will be within close proximity of some of the finest dining, shopping, sports and entertainment establishments. Also nearby will be major cultural centers, such as the Woodruff Arts Center and the newly-proposed Atlanta City Orchestra Hall. Those who can afford to reside in the two-tower high rise will be able to easily experience the excitement that Midtown Atlanta has to offer.
Trump Towers Atlanta, as the high-end housing development will be named, will consist of two identical towers that will face one another. They will feature sweeping views, unparalleled architectural design, luxurious boutique retailers, quality restaurants, an elaborate club room, full concierge services, and all of the sophistication and beauty that the Trump brand is renowned for.
This new pair of skyscrapers, which Atlanta Magazine claims “is destined to be Midtown’s new signature residential high-rise,” will feature the exterior architectural designs of the illustrious Preston Partnership LLC. The interiors will be designed by Kenji Design Studios, the highly-acclaimed design team that showcases the style of award-winning designer Jim Weinberg.
These magnificent buildings will house two- and three-bedroom abodes that range in size from 1,000 square feet up to 2,400 square feet. The uppermost floors will feature oversized penthouses complete with spacious verandas. Residents of all floors will be able to access their home via a semi-private elevator. The exterior finishes of the ground-level floors will be built from a meticulous combination of natural stone, metal and floor-to-ceiling glass, all of which will be set below a wall of windows that rises up through the expanse of the tower.
These high-end condos will vary in price from the $400,000s up to $1.3 million, and are scheduled to be available in early 2010. However, it should be noted that they are in high demand, and availability is limited. Over thirty-percent of their available condos have been pre-sold already.
