Serene New Condos Coming to Perdido Key

Esteemed developer Opus LLC is bringing one of its newest projects, a new multi-family housing development to the shores of Perdido Key. This new island residential complex will be known as La Serena on Perdido Key. La Serena is Spanish for, “The Serene.”

La Serena is being constructed along River Road, placing it less than a mile from the Gulf of Mexico’s beautiful white sandy beaches. This premiere locale will also position the new luxury condominium complex adjacent to the Florida Inter-coastal Waterway, thus providing easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Bay. La Serena will be comprised of fifty-one island residences and will feature customary condominium beach dwellings, as well as ultra-posh penthouses. Due to the splendid location, residents of La Serena will be treated to a fabulous view of Old River. Available residences will vary in size from 1,766 square feet up to 4,000 square feet. Residences will offer the added conveniences of covered parking areas and first-floor storage facilities.

In addition to the above, penthouses will also feature:

Construction of La Serena at Perdido Key is slated to be completed during the summer of 2007.
