Job Descriptions

Account Executive: Develop and maintain advertising and sponsorship deals. Promote and sell Advertising  through direct customer contact within assigned geographic territory. Schedule sales calls and submit reports of sales activities. Identifies prospective customers and compiles information on competitive products. This position is characterized by a sustained record of sales achievement and complete knowledge of the organization's policies, products and/or services. Previous sales experience required. Excellent skills in decision-making, communication, sales, and presentation are a must.

Administration Billing Clerk: Reviews billing data from charge or sales slips and purchase orders to ensure amounts and account numbers are accurate. Calculates billing charges, and assigns billing numbers for tracking purposes. Prepares invoices and bills of lading. Submits invoices for supervisory approval of charges and credit terms. Requires 1 year general accounting experience.

Event Coordinator/ Promotions Manager: Plans, directs, and coordinates promotional activities and events. Utilizes a variety of publicity methods. Oversees preparation of all Networking Events. Responsibilities may also include setting up and staffing exhibits for trade shows or conventions. 

National Account Executive: Develop and maintain National Corporate advertising and sponsorship deals. Promote and sell Advertising  through direct customer contact within assigned geographic territory. Schedule sales calls and submit reports of sales activities. Identifies prospective customers and compiles information on competitive products. This position is characterized by a sustained record of sales achievement and complete knowledge of the organization's policies, products and/or services. 2 Years of sales experience required. Excellent skills in decision-making, communication, sales, and presentation are a must.

National Sales Manager: Oversees national account executives. Develops sales objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotions. Develops and evaluates new sales ideas. Makes recommendations to management regarding opportunities to maximize sales. Visits key markets to evaluate operations and provides supervision and leadership to regional sales managers. Requires a 4 year degree or 4-6 years relevant experience.

Regional Sales Managers: Plans, organizes, implements sales programs for the region. Plans and is responsible for achieving sales objectives in the region. Trains, develops, and mentors outside sales representatives or distributors for the region. Coordinates budgets, forecasts, and reports. Oversees handling or may handle key accounts. Requires a 4 year degree or 3-5 years relevant experience.

Sales Manager (Local): Plans, organizes, implements sales programs for an individual city. Plans and is responsible for achieving overall sales objectives. Oversees account executives. Organize, motivate and lead account executives to reach or exceed  target goals. Oversees handling of key accounts. Coordinates budgets, forecasts and reports on product and pricing trends. Previous management skills required.
